Obviously they know about that, therefore we can deduce that they want the ability to alter the voting results. In my view, as a IT developer, is really not far fetched.

In fact, for any system that processes transactions, it is elementary to include a logging sub-system as a mean for subsequent verification. It's basic.

It's really taking people for ignorant.
